MARSTIVO is an independently operated software publication based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It publishes software information, reviews, comparisons and guides. MARSTIVO is a publication and brand name, not a description of a registered company or separate legal entity. These terms concern the informational website at https://marstivo.com; separate terms will be needed if MARSTIVO later sells its own software.

Content is intended to help readers evaluate software. It is not personalized legal, financial, security or other professional advice. Product capabilities, prices and vendor terms can change. Check material details with the vendor and evaluate suitability for your own needs before buying, deploying or relying on software.
Testing and ratings
Our How We Test Software page describes MARSTIVO’s evaluation approach and Score methodology. A score reflects evidence for the stated tasks, plan and testing period. It does not guarantee suitability, uninterrupted service, future performance or security. Research-only material is not a claim of first-hand testing. Corrections and updates may change conclusions. No testing experience or score should be invented.
Commercial relationships and third-party services
MARSTIVO may use affiliate links or publish clearly labelled sponsored material where applicable. See the Affiliate Disclosure. This does not claim current approval in any affiliate program. Third-party purchases, subscriptions, refunds and support are subject to their providers’ terms. Linking to a third-party product does not make MARSTIVO its seller.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to break the law, compromise security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse credentials or materially disrupt service. This does not prevent legitimate accessibility use, ordinary browsing, lawful quotation or responsible reporting of a genuine issue.

MARSTIVO’s original text and design are protected where applicable. You may link to pages and use lawful quotations with attribution. Broader reuse should have permission where required by law. Before public launch, indexing, affiliate monetization or meaningful personal-data processing, MARSTIVO will review these terms and the Privacy Policy and add any operator identity or other information required by applicable law. Brand-only identification at this stage is not a conclusion about the disclosures required at launch. Future accounts, digital products, subscriptions or sales require appropriate additional terms before those features are introduced. Updates will state their date.
