MARSTIVO is an independently operated software publication based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This notice describes the current pre-launch website at https://marstivo.com. MARSTIVO is a brand, not a registered company or separate legal entity. Privacy enquiries: privacy@marstivo.com.
What the website currently does
The site provides software information and editorial methodology. Public registration and comments are disabled. MARSTIVO currently has no public newsletter signup, contact form, store or checkout. Google Analytics collection is disabled; the prepared analytics integration is not active.
Technical information and cookies
Website hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information and technical or security logs to deliver pages, prevent abuse and investigate faults. WordPress may use necessary authentication and preference cookies for administrators. Optional analytics and advertising tracking have not been activated. We do not describe the entire infrastructure as cookie-free.
Email correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this to respond, handle privacy requests and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive information unless specifically needed and a suitable method has been agreed. We may request proportionate information to verify a privacy request.
Providers and external links
Hostinger provides hosting, email and related infrastructure and backups. Cloudflare provides domain registration and DNS. The DNS-only configuration does not mean Cloudflare proxies every visitor request. Providers may process information in countries other than yours under the arrangements applicable to their services. See Hostinger’s privacy information and Cloudflare’s privacy information. External websites have their own privacy practices. See our Affiliate Disclosure for commercial relationships.
Purposes, retention and safeguards
We use technical information for the legitimate interests of providing and securing the site, and correspondence to respond to enquiries and meet applicable obligations, subject to applicable law. We retain information only for the purpose for which it is needed, relevant legal obligations and security or dispute needs. Retention depends on the type of message or log and provider settings; copies may persist in backups until their normal rotation. Contact us for information about a particular record. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the publication and its services. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Analytics remains disabled
GA4 is prepared but is not collecting through our website integration. Before activation, we will update this notice with the relevant operator information, data handling, retention and safeguards. The prepared controls require explicit opt-in before loading Google analytics, offer rejection and withdrawal, and remember a choice locally for up to 180 days. Advertising consent remains denied. A click alone is not evidence of a purchase or affiliate conversion.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and to complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Agency for Personal Data Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina. To make an enquiry or request, email privacy@marstivo.com. We will assess and respond under applicable law; not every right applies to every record.
Pre-launch status and changes
This is an initial notice for the current limited pre-launch setup. Before public launch, search indexing, affiliate monetization or expanded personal-data processing, MARSTIVO will complete a final legal/compliance review, confirm provider arrangements and retention, and add any legally required operator identity or other information. This notice is not a claim that brand-only identification satisfies every applicable requirement. Material changes will be reflected here before new optional processing starts.
